What people ask before the first call
How quickly do you reply?
We do not promise a single response time: quoting a ready consignment and finding a factory are jobs of very different size. In our first reply we tell you the date we will come back with figures, and what we need from you to get there.
Which languages can we write in?
English, Russian and Chinese. We reply in the language you wrote in. With the supplier we then work in their language, and you see the correspondence and the translation in full.
Do we need documents ready for the first conversation?
No. The goods, the country of departure, a rough volume and your target date are enough to start. Specifications, invoices, technical descriptions and certificates come later, and we will say which ones and at which stage.
