By sending a request through gmeurasia.com, the visitor (the “Data Subject”) freely, of their own will and in their own interest gives Golden Min Import LLC (registration number 1202300033242, tax number 2315216920, registered address: 8 Kutuzovskaya Street, unit 2, Novorossiysk 353907, Russia; the “Operator”) consent to process their personal data on the terms set out below.
Personal data covered
Name; company name; phone number; email address; messenger handle; and whatever the Data Subject provides in the description of the job and in the files attached to the request.
Purposes
Reviewing the request and preparing a reply; contacting the Data Subject about the substance of their enquiry; preparing a cost estimate and a commercial proposal; entering into and performing a contract, should the parties reach one.
Actions covered
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to parties engaged in the performance of the contract, blocking, deletion and destruction — by automated means and without them.
Term and withdrawal
This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. It can be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@gmeurasia.com or by post to the Operator’s address. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within thirty days, except for data the law requires it to keep.

By a separate act the Data Subject may also consent to receiving updates on the progress of their request. That consent is not required for the request to be reviewed and can be withdrawn in the same way.
