Trade routes between Europe, the CIS and China

A lane is not a line on a map. It is a set of hubs, modes and two customs regimes that have to agree. We run all of it — from the purchase at the supplier to the unloading at your warehouse.

03 — Common ground

What stays the same on every lane

The route, the paperwork and the rules change. The way we work with you does not.

  1. 01One contract for the whole chainPurchase, transport and customs sit in a single contract with us. You do not have to appoint four suppliers and then referee the handovers between them.
  2. 02One manager for the whole dealYou talk to a person who knows your goods, your supplier and the paperwork that lane demands. Nobody asks you to explain the job again at the next stage.
  3. 03Documents ready before departureWe assemble and check the set while the cargo is still at the supplier. At the border you find out what a mistake costs, not whether you made one.

04 — Questions

What buyers ask about lanes

  • What is the difference between a lane and a service?

A service answers what we do: find the supplier, buy on your behalf, move the goods, clear them. A lane answers where and under whose rules: which hubs the cargo passes, by which mode, and what each of the two borders asks for on paper. In a real deal the two meet — you bring the job, we build the route under it.

  • Can lanes be combined?

Yes. Goods can come out of China into Europe and travel on to the CIS; a purchase made in Europe can leave for a Chinese buyer. That is one deal with several legs, not two separate ones: one contract, the same manager, and a single set of documents built for the whole chain.

  • My lane is not on the list. Do you work it?

Ask us. The list holds the lanes we have already built routes for and written up. Everything else depends on the goods, the countries and what the documents require. After the brief we will say plainly whether we take it or not.

  • Do you handle transit?

Transit is part of a lane here, not a product of its own. KHORGOS, ALMATY and WARSAW are transit legs inside a lane: the cargo crosses a third country under customs control and is declared at destination. Whether we take a particular transit scheme depends on the goods and the countries — that is settled at the brief, before any contract is signed.
