1. Parties and subject
This is a translation provided for convenience. The Russian version of this document, published at gmeurasia.com, is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian text prevails.
1.1. These terms govern the use of gmeurasia.com (the “Site”), owned by Golden Min Import LLC (registration number 1202300033242, tax number 2315216920; the “Company”).
1.2. Using the Site means accepting these terms. A visitor who does not accept them should stop using the Site.
2. Status of the information published
2.1. The information on the Site is provided for information purposes and is not a public offer within the meaning of article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2.2. Descriptions of services, routes, lead times and ways of working reflect the Company’s usual practice. The terms of any particular deal are set out in the contract and its annexes.
2.3. A cost estimate prepared in response to a request is valid for the period stated in it and may change if freight rates, exchange rates, customs charges or supplier terms change.
3. Requests sent through the Site
3.1. By sending a request the visitor confirms that the information provided is accurate and that the attached files do not infringe the rights of third parties.
3.2. Sending a request creates no obligations for either party and does not oblige the Company to accept the job.
3.3. The Company may decline a request without giving reasons, including where performing it would conflict with applicable law or with restrictive measures applying to the parties to the deal.
4. Intellectual property
4.1. The texts, images, diagrams, brand marks and design of the Site belong to the Company or are used by it on a lawful basis.
4.2. Copying material from the Site for commercial use requires the Company’s written permission. Quoting with attribution and a working link is allowed.
5. Liability
5.1. The Company takes reasonable steps to keep the Site working but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
5.2. The Company is not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from the Site.
5.3. Decisions a visitor takes on the basis of information on the Site without contacting the Company are taken at their own risk.
6. Personal data
6.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Site.
7. Governing law and changes
7.1. These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
7.2. The Company may amend these terms. A new version takes effect when it is published on the Site; the version date is given at the top of the document.
