EUROPE ↔ CIS ↔ CHINA
We run the whole chain, from supplier to your warehouse
We find and vet suppliers, buy on your behalf and move your goods between Europe, the CIS and China — then help you enter new markets.
01 — Where to start
What brings you here?
02 — What we do
Four things. One chain.
GM IMPORT does not sell freight by the kilometre. We take on the whole job: finding the product you need, or the buyer for what you make. Then buying it, delivering it and building volume year on year. We stay on it until the deal is closed.
- 01FindThe supplier, product or buyer that fits your brief and your budget.
- 02BuyVetting, negotiation, contract, payment and pre-shipment inspection.
- 03DeliverRoute, customs, documents, handover at your warehouse.
- 04GrowNew markets, new buyers and distributors, bigger volumes.
03 — Trade network
Europe ↔ CIS ↔ China
Three regions, one team. We work where legal systems, customs regimes and payment rules meet — exactly where a freight forwarder stops.

07 — Market entry
The other way round: not just bringing goods in, but selling them
We open the European and CIS markets to manufacturers and suppliers: we find buyers and distributors, handle the import and build a commercial model that outlives a single deal.

09 — Why GM IMPORT
One partner accountable for every link in the chain

- 02Supplier vettingDocuments, production, samples and reputation — before the first payment.
- 03A process you can seeA clear cost structure, written reports, fixed decision points.
- 04At home in all three marketsEurope, the CIS and China: different rules, different paperwork, different business cultures.
- 05Built around your dealWe shape the route and the terms around your goods, your lead times and the risk you can carry.
- 06Built for repeat businessWe are set up for a steady flow of cargo, not a one-off shipment.
10 — Our fee
How we get paid
The three questions that usually come up on the first call. Answered here, before you make it.
How do you actually make money?
- A fixed fee per stage of the work: brief and search, factory audit, contract and payment, shipment and customs. What a stage costs does not change with the price of the goods or the size of the contract. On repeat orders we move to a percentage of the order value, with the rate written into the contract before the work starts.
Who pays you?
- Only the client. We take nothing from suppliers — no commission, no rebate, no discount, in cash or in kind. Any volume discount the factory gives goes to you in full: it comes off your price instead of becoming our margin.
What don’t you make money on?
- Freight, certification and customs charges: they pass through at cost, exactly as invoiced to us. Nor do we make anything on the difference in price — an expensive supplier is worth no more to us than a cheap one.
11 — Long-term work
One shipment moves one order. Running the whole chain moves your margin — and keeps moving it, year after year.
- 01The same team throughout the dealYour manager knows your goods, your supplier and your paperwork.
- 02Shipments you can planPurchasing and shipping schedules instead of last-minute decisions.
- 03Growing volumesThe longer you ship with us, the better the terms.
